ck107 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ck107 website accessible at ck107.io, including all associated web pages, services, tools, and features offered therein.
• "ck107", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ck107 platform.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ck107 platform.
• "Account" means the personalised account created by a Member upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account in connection with a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the ck107 platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under the age of 21, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, or has been excluded from the platform.

Use of the ck107 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1.

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ck107 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different identity, or via a shared device — is strictly prohibited. ck107 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested. ck107 is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete registration information provided by a Member. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your ck107 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ck107 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available in your account settings. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawal access is granted, all Members are required to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time of request may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck107 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the ck107 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck107 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match your ck107 account details.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. ck107 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Large transactions may be subject to additional verification checks before processing.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within two hours on average during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. ck107 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified payment method in the Member's name.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; and (c) not breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. ck107 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the ck107 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ck107 does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees on the platform as all transactions are natively processed in Taka.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ck107 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limit within which the wagering requirement must be met will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute to wagering requirements. ck107 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck107 does not permit bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as low-risk arbitrage betting using bonus funds); colluding with other Members; and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, ck107 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 ck107's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

ck107 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to your account and for which wagering has commenced will be honoured subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the ck107 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, ck107's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body (such as the ICC for cricket or FIFA for football) — is final. ck107 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market affected by a technical error, incorrect odds, or any event that renders the outcome of the market void under applicable sporting rules.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the ck107 platform are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt. Each game is governed by its own rules as defined by the software supplier. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the software supplier and is available upon request. ck107 does not alter, modify, or interfere with the outcome of any casino game.

6.3 Errors and Technical Failures

In the event of a technical error — including but not limited to software malfunction, communication failure, or human error — that results in an incorrect price, odds, payout, or game result being displayed or credited, ck107 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and restore the affected account to its correct balance. ck107 will not honour bets or casino wins that arise from an obvious technical error.

Gambling should be undertaken as entertainment, not as a means of generating income.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck107 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.

• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment reversal or chargeback through your payment provider for a deposit that was validly processed by ck107. Members who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and the disputed amount pursued through all available legal channels.

All content on the ck107 platform — including but not limited to the ck107 name, logo, trademarks, website design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, and game assets — is the property of ck107 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, frame, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the ck107 platform without the prior written consent of ck107. Any unauthorised use of ck107's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, regardless of the source of funds used.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus-related conditions.

12.2 Termination by ck107

ck107 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) false registration information has been provided; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has been detected; (d) the Member is found to be a Prohibited Person; or (e) ck107 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In cases of termination for cause, ck107 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and may permanently forfeit funds where fraud, money laundering, or material breach is confirmed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ck107 platform shall first be submitted to ck107's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. ck107 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. ck107 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its target markets, and access from restricted jurisdictions is undertaken entirely at the Member's own risk.
